In the main window it shows I owned (306) on the tab and right below it shows Total DVDs: 306  Filtered: 305.  I have click the Clear All Filters button and nothing happens.  The Prental Controls has been turned off.  How can I find the 1 DVD that is filtered?

Try running a database repair (Tools -> Options -> Utilities) and see if that 'unhides' the profile.
Bad movie?  You're soaking in it!

Your profiler dB might be corrupted if it is displaying that you have a filtered title after clearing the filters You might want to try a database repair. You can find the repair utility under Tools/Options on the Utilities tab.

IThen you might need to do a physical inventory to determine if there is a DVD missing if the program only shows 305 profiles remaining. Easiest way to do that is to print out one of the text only reports and start checking them off.
