| Posted: | | | | It could be that it doesn't yet exist in the online database. The online database is user built. What is the UPC and title you are trying to add?
You can also try inserting the DVD into your drive and see if DVDP can find it by the Disc ID. |

| Posted: | | | | If you mean your DVD is already in your local database (via UPC) but when you put the disc in the drive it can't find it your DVD might have a different Disc ID than that in the profile you downloaded. This is not uncommon.
You can open the profile and update the Disc ID ("Discs") to match yours. It will find it next time. | | | Bad movie? You're soaking in it! |

Didn't swimmer say that " DVD profiler does not identify my DVD' .. If the title is available on line or he has the title in his data base the disc ID may be different or not there at all.. What I've done in the past is at the point that profiler says it ' doesn't recognise the inserted Disc, to Add? ' Just Cancel that notice and then in the data itself for the disc go to Edit Profile/ Discs and then add the Disc ID or Set the Disc ID., Chances are the ID is there but is wrong. I've been seen lately that some Disc Id's are been printed or encoded differently on re-releases or locality. You may be inclined to contribute the new ID but now I see from others that this is not always the case, you should just lock off that profile or that disc ID and let it be. | | | In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird.
