As pauls42 said in this thread there is a strange bug:

When you have a "manual entry" title inside a Boxset those titles are orphaned when you download your collection from the onlinelist.
Quote:
Title1 (UPC)
Title2 (UPC)
|- Child1 (UPC)
|- Child2 (manual)
Title3 (UPC)
will be transformed to
Quote:
Child2 (manual)
Title1 (UPC)
Title2 (UPC)
|- Child1 (UPC)
Title3 (UPC)
upon download.

Use this example-backup if you want to see the effect. Just import it in a new(!) database, upload it and download it in yet another new database.

Why is that considered a bug?  It has always been my impression that manual entries were local only, and didn't carry over to the online.  That they are picked up at all surprises me.

"Local only" as far as the online db is/was concerned. They have always been uploaded to the My Profiler collection.
