| | Posted: | | | | Earlier i was refreshing updated dvd profiles. Two of the movies wouldnt download the info and came with and error message saying they cant be done when it shows new info has been uploaded. What i am wondering is this a problem with the two profiles on my computer or is it to do with the info that has been uploaded. thanks for any help that i can get. |

| | Posted: | | | | I've had this happen a few times and I resolved one of them by re-checking the profile on my PC. It turned out I had the wrong locality on that profile - so I just corrected that and the profile then downloaded ok.
