Had an update for Babylon 5, Season 1 (085392-285525) and there was an error downloading the profile.  I get the same error if I try to manually refresh the profile.

Try a database repair.

yes I get this occasionally, never worked out a common cause, but as Telecine says a database repair fixes it each time <shrugs>

Just tried to downlod it, works fine. So probably Telecine is right. The other possibility is to delete the profile and reenter it.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

I forgot to add to the original post that I did a database repair and I still get the error.

Performing a profile compare works fine.  I see one change in the cast list for episode 15 that Reybr made involving David Warner as Aldous Gajic.

Reybr made another cast change back in September that downloaded fine.

Solved.  Well, fixed, but still didn't know what the problem was.

I backed up my collection and restore it on another computer then tried updating that profile and it worked.  So I did a selective restore on the PC with the issue and only restored the B5:S1 profile and then tried to refresh it from Invelos.

Success.
