| Posted: | | | | I get error message "List index out of bounds (-1)" if try to look at a DVD profile. It hangs up the app and I have to abort it in Windows. Repairing the databases does not help. Rerunning the install program does not help either.

| Posted: | | | | DVD Profiler occassionally has problems when it is shutdown improperly, especially if it was minimised at the time. Hold down the CTRL key as the program starts and this will restore the default settings.
Next, refresh the online profile list.
Let me know if you still have a problem after trying this. |
