Hi

First time user, here... So be patiant whit me, no good in english eather.

1.: Is the anyway to block numbers from the collection list, that I don't want to use? F.eks. I din't want to use number 6, but when I add an DVD it allways comes up as the first one, so I have to edit the number. If I could block this number, it would be much easier to use. Is this possible?

2.: IS there a way to list up my DVDs there are on loan to others? I just se it, if I go thru the hole list, that takes a long time to do. Is there a way?  (maybe I'm blind, but I'm trying)

3.: A little question, is there a way to make it start with windows, minimized to systemtray..

This program is much better than make a list in the Office Excel, like I had before. So, i'd like this program, but I mis this things, og maybe I'm just blind.

Best Regards

1. I think not.

2. It's not the entire list but you can go to Tools -> Edit Users. There you can switch to loan status and scroll through your users and you see all loaned DVDs.

Goto Filters -> Personal, there is a button Loan Status, choose Loaned Out, and there it is.

Have much fun with the program and welcome here.

And to block numbers you don't want to use in the collections list.

Filter -> Personal is a tab in the filters window. If that is not active right now, choose View|Window|Filters from the menu or click Ctrl-F / Strg-F. To see the Personal tab in teh filters you will need to use the arrow buttons to scroll.

Yo cannot block collection numbers (it has been asked for before, I believe. A workaround could be to create a manual empty profile and assign the collection number 6 to that; at least you won't be bothered with that anymore when adding new profiles.
