I'm trying to sort my dvd collection I want to put my dvd in alphabetical order as well as the collection # in order. Unfortunately, it does either one or the other. I wish the program could highlight one field and allow me to delete the exsisting collection #'s at once, instead of editing the collection # one at a time.
Does anybody know how to do this?

Are you wanting to reassign the collection numbers so they match title order?
If that's the case, then there is an option to do just this!
Go to Collection --> Reassign Collection Numbers.
Then choose "Assign all numbers" or "Full Reassignment" (I'm at work so this is from memory) and ask for them to be sorted by title. That should recreate all your collection numbers in same order as your titles.

Sounds like you should be using the 'reassign collection numbers' menu option under 'Collection'.
