Hello, this is my first post here and i've tried to search, but i couldn't find the answer. I have about 400 dvd's in my DVD profiler and since i've added more dvd's i can't sort the collections list. Is this because i haven't got a registered version? If so then i just have to wait, because i've allready signed up for a registered version

Your version is registered already (the eye next to your alias indicates this).
Please check the sorting titles of your DVD's (mark a DVD press "Ctrl + P" and look at sorting title), possibly the field is empty.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

OK, thnx ! i've now got a regeristered version :D.

But now I have to change all the movies to have a sorting title? Is there a handy trick? Or do I really have to do that manually?

If the sorting title fields are empty try menu "Online -> Refresh Updated Profiles from Invelos" and make sure the titles are not locked.
I'm not sure if that helps but it's possible.
If not you'd really have to enter them all manually.

all the movies should already have a sort title. Are these ones that you downloaded from the database? or ones you added yourself?

So you didn't use "Refresh all updated profiles" first?

I don't think that would have worked if he inserted the profiles himself.

It should have worked if the UPC was entered correctly.

Michael, I think you've got the wrong end of the stick. I believe they're talking about manual profiles not sorting properly.

That explains the problems r3con has.
I knew he had to enter them manually, since he just recently became an unlimited registrant and has a collection of 400+, but thought that he had at least entered the UPC. Because if he had, the updating function should have fixed his problem.

Thanks for the replies, i didn't inserted the dvd's with the UPC code, but just by title because that was a lot faster for me .
