printing reports

I am trying to print a report for my collection and no matter which report I choose the images do not print. The cover images are completely black.

Can anyone help?

what does it look like in Print preview??  If the images are there- it has to be the printer....

Images not printing in reports is usually due to a lack of available memory. Either close all other programs running in the background or reboot to free up memory.
