I've had this problem a few times in the past and a reboot of the computer usually fixes it. In a few isloated instances I've had to resort to a database repair which took care of it but now after such a reboot and repair I still can't lick it.

I like to add headshots to cast and crew for titles I purchase. I click on the button Cast Information or Crew Information and then double click on the image there or on the image frame and the IMDB website with photos for that person comes up. Now, I do this today and nothing happens with a double click. No action whatsoever. I can't even close out of the box. I have to close the whole program down. I'm really pissed royally. If there is an alternate method to get images for the person selected or a fix I'm not aware of? I would love to know it.

Ken's software has always been so reliable and I feel so let down here. I hope I'm missing something.

If it's only the double-click that's causing the problem, you could avoid that by opening Google or IMDB yourself and searching on the names manually. Not ideal, but would avoid any further crashes.
I'm afraid I've never had it happen to me, so have no idea why it would freeze like that - sorry!

Tried to reproduce this error.
Everythings fine here, except that for me not IMDB is opening but Google Picture search.
I think this was the default setting, I'm not quite sure if you made any changes (and where to make them) to open IMDB by doubleclicking on the pictureframe, but I suppose the error can be found there.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

when you double click on a image your browser should lauch with:
http://images.google.com/images?q=Sean+Connery

are you using? I'm not 99%; shure on this:
Standard Layout - could be changed here?
Standard Translation - could be changed here?
A plug-in - could be changed here?

if non of those, a browser setting or redirection in your browser?
Sources for one or more of the changes and/or additions were not submitted. Please include the sources for your changes in the contribution notes, especially for cast and crew additions.

Sorry, let my mouth run ahead of better sense. Yes, it was and is Google not IMDB that is opening. It's working tonight though for now.

Thanks Northbloke, that sounds like a good fallback move when this crops up again. I'll open up separate window and search manually.

Could be some system instability problem or low virtual memory though I doubt that.
