OK, this is probably a stupid problem that can be sorted with one button press, but hear me out anyway. I'm new.
So my entire collection is now on DVD Profiler. When I go on however, it gives me the number of DVDs I have, but all that's in front of me is a blank screen. There's a drag up/down thing in the middle, but that's blank too. When I click the little "front of DVD" icon it shows the front of the very first DVD in my collection, but I can't find my list anywhere.
I tried the options to get the list to appear as thumbnails and all that (F1, F2 etc) but still nothing comes up.

"Clear all Filters" It's right over the chart where your collection list should show up. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
