Won't download pictures from dvd profiler online.

i've Just installed Dvd Profiler on my pc.
But when I download movies from my Dvd Profiler online collection. only the description of my movies coming, not the pictures.
Someone who know what the problem might be?

Images are not synchronized with the DVD Profiler Online site.  Use Online->Refresh All Images to download images.
