Right now both Movie & DVD data are crammed together into one window on the General Info tab.

I would like to see the separated.

The first one would be renamed Program Info (Or something similar) and would include the following data.
Title
Genre
Produced & CoO
Runtime
Studios
Review
Rating

The new DVD Info tab(window) would include the following data.
Case Type
Released
Purchased
SRP
Price Paid
Format
UPC#
and then 3 fields for Studios

The 3 DVD Studios fields would allow inclusion of DVD Labels, Studios and Distributors

I wouldn't want them separated. I'm glad that all thoses infos are provided in one location. The General Info window doesn't waste space like, for example, the Audio, Subtitles, Video, and Features windows (which is why I have the data from those four all combined into a single Features+ HTML window).

Me too.

If you don't like a particular layout, there are a bunch out there written by other users.  Maybe one of them is more to your liking.

PS:  After writing the above, it occurs to me that maybe you can't separate the fields in a custom layout like Cubby wants?  Since I don't know how to do a layout I may be whistling in the dark, but wouldn't it be possible to do what Cubby wants in a custom layout, is it?

Of course it is possible. Just create two HTML windows containing only the data you want to be displayed there.

The main reason I suggested this was because of the whole mess of 'Media Publisher'.

I just thought having all the dvd info on it's own tab(window) would eliminate all that trouble because it would simply be named Studios as it was before 3.5.

Regarding HTML, nit everyone knows how to do that. Not everyone who uses this program is capable of doing what they want with it.

Then the solution to your dilemma is to either (1) learn how to work with HTML or (2) find someone who is and convince him to do it for you.  I don't think this is a feature necessary for everyone.
