Hi, new to the software and really liking it so far.

My only gripe is the purchase date, when adding dvd's I know you can clear the purchase date, but if you tell the software to not bring that screen up it simply adds the purchase date as today. Is there any way to make it set the purchase data as blank on all newly added dvd's unless I add one manually?

Would be nice though, if it would just add a DVD without a date.
Not everyone always immediately adds a title the same day.
So every time it would put in the current date by default, it wouldn't make any sense.
It should at least be optional, as said.

Actually, it would also be nice to be able to put in an estimate date when not sure or uknown.
I tried to use zeros for like the day, but of course that doesn't work and would mess up the sorting I guess.
But maybe it would be nice to be able to pick like month+year only, but the same issue probably occurs.
So it's OK...

This is also irritating to me, as well. I have a huge collection, which I'm just now organizing in DVD Profiler. Every DVD I add, the "Purchased" date field defaults to the current date (whether I check the "prompt for personalization" box or not). It's a pain to have to delete this date from every single DVD entered.

The date field should be left blank unless the user chooses to enter a date.

The only user the default date would be useful for is if someone installed DVD Profiler on their computer before they ever purchased any DVD's and entered each DVD purchase immediately on the same day of the purchase. For any other type of user, the default will be wrong and to manually have to delete every single one is time-consuming.
