Easiest way to batch mark dvds as watched?

Is there an easy way to batch mark dvds as watched? I had to backup profiler when I had a hard drive go kaput and I can't face individually marking loads of dvds as watched.

I tried flagging a few and pressing ctrl-w but that only brings up the last flagged disc.

Flag them and select Collection->Flagged->Set Watched
