I'm having a problem with my thumnails. I had to download my whole collection online which was fine but the thumnails of actors/actress's did not download . I've downloaded the thumbnail file but how do I open it. Thanks

As far as I now the Headshots are not saved in the online database. If you don't have a full back-up of your collection, you might want to have a look a this thread for re-adding.

Thanks virus, I've been able to download and install all but the first file. All though I'm signed in to download I get a HTTP 403 Forbidden.
