Some titles in my list can not be edited, changed or removed.

I have at least a dozen titles in my list that I can't change.
I have noticed that I even have the same title twice but I can't remove either title.
I can't display the any of the title information it just wont select the title at all.

Is there a fix for this issue?

Have you tried doing a database repair? Go to Tools > Options > Utilities > Repair Profile Database.
