If the set is contributed correctly, it should have the cast and crew in the UPC profile as well as in the individual discs. If not, you can add the discs, copy the data to the UPC profile, then delete the discs. Quote:

| | Posted: | | | | Episode Synopsis is only allowed in the child profiles. Which you don't have to have counted as part of your collection. You can make it so collection number is set to none and count as set to 0 in the personalization screen. Alternatively you can use an html window for episode guides that has been created by many members...     At this time we have 1,865 Episode guides created... which you can download at THIS SITE.
