| | Posted: | | | | Have looked extensively before posting but cannot find an answer. Just bought the iPad app for DVD Profiler mobile. Have version 3.7.1 on my PC. First sync and setup went fine. Synced my entire collection wirelessly without a hitch via wi-fi..now I've added a DVD to my collection on my desktop but cannot get it to showup on the iPad...what am I missing..DVD Profiler shows shared on bottom bar..had it showing 1 connected, then that dropped to 0?? I'm at a loss...probably something stupid I'm doing but it's late and I'm tired of trying to figure it out! |

Well first the indicator on the bottom frame should show 0 unless there is something actually connected to the desktop app (like when you update your collection). Second on the iPad it is necessary for you to go into collection and select update in order to initiate another sync to copy the additions over to the device. Hope that helped.

| | Posted: | | | | Yeah I think I finally got it figured out...if I can remember what I finally did after trying for quite a while. Pretty disappointed there wasnt some easier tech support post on the subject, but to be fair, I had had a few 'Christmas toddies' by that time also  Thanks for the response. Seems like a tagged post with clear instructions on this would be helpful as the original setup was a breeze but I like to never have figured out how to update after I had added to my collection!  |
