Adding to collection from iphone scan

Sorry if this has been answered, but couldn't find a post...

After scanning a title from the iphone, how do I add the title to the pc database. I'm afraid I will sync the other way, and erase the addition...

Simply press "Update Collection", check under "Options" if "Send changes" is enabled (should automatically be the case if you made changes on your iOS device) and press "Update".
