Do you mean they are credited twice? Only using different names? If that's the case you credited them twice, once using a credited as name to link them.

If you just mean that they are credited differently than you already have them seen credited before you also use credited as, where the credited as name should be the same as in the actual credits.

Your question seems to have multiple levels.

If you mean that an actor is credited twice, in one movie, for the same role, then we only use the credit in the (most complete) list from the end credits.
If an actor is credited twice, in one movie, for different roles, then we inlcude both credits.

If an actor's credit is different within one movie or across movies, we use the CLT tool.

In the case of Sabat, the credit is Christopher R. Sabat, if ncecessary "credited as Christopher Sabat", since the CLT tool gives the variant with the middle initial R. in 186 vs. 55 titles.

For McCollum the Common Name is Robert McCollum in 115 vs. 16 titles, and in the deviating cases we then use "credited as Rob McCollum".

CLT means:

Credit Lookup Tool

You can find it on the invelos page. Go to the menu, here you will find the point 'database' and if you follow the menu to the point 'Tools', you will find the 'Credit Lookup'.

Here you can enter the actor or crew member you like!

Update: corrected Contribution to Credit

In this case, when you select one of the names, you can (after closing the edit session) click on the actor's name which will show a list of other appearances. That will give you a clue whether you selected the right one.
If there are two actors with (almost) the same name, there may be a middle initial or birth year attached to help you distinguish. If not, the program may not distinguish at all, actually linking cast appearances from different persons. This linking process is under review.

You don't have to close the edit window to see them... just right click the name and click Show Credits.

What me and some others do when we see this is start a common name thread, unless the CLU numbers are so far apart and not many titles overlap in them. I've been studily clearing my local database of all variants I find by figured out which is common and changing the rest. Of course every new disc I get brings another it seems.
