I have v3.7.2 (1444) running on my Vista pc.  Having 1 problem - when I open the program and it goes out and runs the Update Profiles from Invelos, both progress bars make it to 100% but then it just sits there and never goes any further or closes.  Eventually I hit the close button and do my Add to Collection work.

How can this be fixed?

Regards,  Al

Might want to try using the Database Repair Utility.

I've also had the exact same problem (though I'm on Windows 7 as opposed to Vista) over the last few days so it doesn't seem to be a one off....

I've occasionally had this before and sometimes only a total uninstall/reinstall fixed it though other times it just needed a DB Repair or even "it just sorted itself out after a few days"... sorry not to be more help!

Also had the same issue for a few weeks.  Thanks to this post, ran a full database repair (Tools>Options>Utilities>Repair Profile Database) and issue is now resolved.
Hope this can help resolve for others.
