Since I have a Blackberry and the mobile app won't work on it, I thought if I could export a list of titles or the whole database to Excel 2007, I could then take it with me when I'm shopping.

I tried the export under file.  Excel will open it (with errors) and I end up with 10 lines per title. It will take too long to go through and delte that many entries (not to mention deleting all the columns of data that I don't want/need.  I could delete all columns but the title and then "remove dups" but again this is a lot of work to keep updated.

I don't have a data access plan so using my on line profile won't work.

I tried printing a report to Micorsoft xps to find that my berry can't view xps files.  I'm presently looking for a xps viewer for the Berry but thought I would ask here.  Is there any way around this?  Am I missing something?

Two easy solutions:

(1) CSV Export plugin
(2) Print a report to pdf (using something like CutePDF)

Good luck.
Thanks for your support.

Thanks.  I didn't know about the plug in.

I've downloaded it and it will resolve the issue.  Unfortunately, for some reason, it won't export the data when I use "Owned" but if I flag the Owned profile and then export the flagged data, it works.  I'm not sure why but the important thing is to keep a list of my discs with me to prevent wasting money on something I already have.

Thanks again
