| Posted: | | | | Love the idea of being able to spawn the file from DVDProfiler so decided to give it a try. Having problems though and thought one of you might be able to ID the problem.
I'm using Windows 7 and DVD Profiler 3.7.2 Build 1444
Per instructions I've done the following: 1. ctrl P to get to the DVD Profiler personalize menu 2. entered: "file" in the Location window (without quotation marks) 3. entered "[filepath] C:\downloads\Movies\13_Going_on_30.MP4 [/filepath]" in the Notes window on the first line without and proceeding spaces and minus the quotation marks. 4. "1.Main Feature" is highlighted by default in the Discs window
The actual movie file location on my computer is C:\downloads\Movies and the file is named "13_Going_on_30" and the file type is an MP4
When I double click on the file from within Windows Explorer it successfully spawns Windows Media Player and plays properly.
The LoadDVD app successfully installed and the icon shows up in the top right hand side of the menu bar. When I hover over the icon it does not display the cover art for the movie and when I click on it, it pauses for about 5 seconds and then gives me the following error message: "Can't Open/Play"
The LoadDVD options menu is configured as follows: Toolbar Icons: radio button is highlighted Play/Retrieve Discs: Context Menu radio button is highlighted Default Changer: none Disc capacity: empty Play %4 value: Use collection # Play %5 value: "Title" is selected
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Dave | | | Last edited: by dloebig |

| Posted: | | | | I never saw this post as it was not in the LoadDVD threads. Anyhow I sent you a PM asking if you ever got the issue resolved. Seems like you did all the right stuff. I hope you tried another drive other than "C:".
I really don't see anything you did wrong ...
