Hello,

A simple question : is it possible to personalize the Country of origin ?

I suppose the pre-defined countries are standard but how can I add a country or create a new name (ex. USA for United States ou UK in place of United Kingdom) ?
It is just for a question of report...I need more place...

Thanks in advance

Regards

Marc

This can be done through the tag system. This system is completely personal and non-contributable. It can be used for all sorts of info you might wish to track.

If you just want to replace United States with USA etc. you can edit the translation file. It's under Tools->Options->System.

KinoNiki was on the right track, translation file is the way to go.

Go to the translations-download and get the Master Translation Source. Save it to "\Users\$Username\Documents\DVD Profiler\translations" e.g. as "english adapted" or something like it. Now start profiler and in Tools -> Options -> System change the language to "Master Translation Source" and choose Edit

Change the Name here to "English (adapted)" and now search for the strings you want to change. Don't worry, you only have to change those, for everything left blank Profiler will still use the default.
