Where does DVDP store the current layout?

I accidentally disabled the menu bar in DVDP (don't ask me how) and I can't seem to get it back.

I even unsinstalled DVD, removed any evidence I could find in the registry and the local user folders but when I re-install DVDP it still looks like before.
