it would be great if there was an additional filter on the "Unvoted Pending Changes" screen where I can filter out all the contributions that contain only fields I have locked anyway.

This would spare me the countless votes on changed common names and birth years.

2)
Or if that's not possible, maybe in the pending overview list a list of fields that are in this contrib (like when I click on View and see the notes) and a direkt Neutral vote button in the overview List.
