| Posted: | | | | Since the last few iOS updates have come through for the iPhone, I haven't been able to do squat all with DVDProfiler on my iPhone.
Server is correct, port is correct, sharing is enabled, passwords match-up, firewall allows access etc. etc. etc.
Everything just stopped working a few weeks ago with one of the system updates for my iPhone.
I've deleted the app and redownloaded it to my phone, and I can't even finish the set-up because it just won't connect. I'm stuck basically on the "Let's Get Started" set-up pages. I walk through everything I'm supposed to do, get to the "Connect to DVD Profiler for PC", put in the server, port and password and it just won't connect.
It's driving me batsh!t insane.
Anyone think they can offer up some suggestions to help me out?

| Posted: | | | | So I basically have a rather expensive pretty little icon on my phone now... Thanks Invelos, it's a very pretty little icon that is absolutely and completely useless. Any chance I could get some help or get my money back for the app please? If I seem pissed, well, it's because I am. We're told to come here for technical and customer support, and you come here and expect the users of the program to do everything and when they don't have any idea, you're basically f**ked....
