| Posted: | | | | I can't seem to update the app. It still works with version 2.0.2.
When I say to do the update, it says that the update is no longer available for my apple ID, because it is bought by another user, or that there has been a refund, or that there has been an annulment for this article.
None of the above are true.
Is it possible that the problem I have, is because of the fact that I added my account to a family account, the new option in iOs8?
I hope anyone has an answer to this.

Regards, Erik I have the same problem. I have DVD profiler on my iphone (which works fine)... and I have it on my Ipad. The Ipad versions works, but I cannot update it anymore. It also gives the message that it's not active for my account anymore or that it has been revoked. I can update the iphone version. This also started when I started using family sharing. |
