Most of the entries are not incorrect. Many RC 2 discs are coded Region 2 and Region 4 (in fact, almost all Paramount and Universal DVDs do so). Nevertheless, the correct locality is eg. UK or Germany or France or watever. The database doesn't differ from australian RC4 or european RC4. That's why so many DVDs seem to have an erronous locality.
