| Posted: | | | | Please add the ability to assign awards to films and filter on them. Best picture, actor, actress, director, etc. For example, I would like to watch all the best picture recipients that I haven't already seen. |

| Posted: | | | | There is already a plugin that does what you're asking for I think. It's the "Awards / Episode Viewer" plugin. Just go to the menus up above, click on "downloads", then click on "Plugins". You can find it there. | | | Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here. Besides installing a plug-in, you can always use tags, though it could get a little complicated if you want to track a lot of different awards. ![](http://i152.photobucket.com/albums/s189/scotthm/dvdpat_zpso7hzuqj5.jpg) --------------- |

| Posted: | | | | Yes. Tags will do the trick. I'm populating Best picture, director, actor, actress, supporting actor, supporting actress, cinematography and musical score for all films made on/after 1930. Too bad there's no way to share it. |

| Posted: | | | | I believe the plugin I mentioned has a data file that has this stuff already entered for you. With that said, I've never used the plugin myself (sorry Tom ![](/images/emoticons/grin.gif) ). It may be overkill for your needs, but if data entry is an unpleasant task, there's another option. | | | Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here. | Posted: | | | | But will the plug-in allow me to filter? Like, "show me all the Best Picture DVD's"? |

| Posted: | | | | No idea. As I said, I don't use the plugin. I was only mentioning it because they seem to have around 75 different award ceremonies represented from around the world. I don't know if it allows filtering however. | | | Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here. Create fake parent profiles to organize your collection. |

But it offers a very nice drill down feature. It's worth an evaluation... The only problem, I am struggling with, the underlying database disappears over the time. Every now and then I have to restore it. I was not able to find the reason for this behaviour ![](/images/emoticons/sad.gif) | | | Complete list of Common Names • A good point for starting with Headshots (and v11.1) |
