| Posted: | | | | I am back after a long time and just got my DB up to date. I find I have 4 titles (old) that do not have a collection nbr. How can i correct this?
An odd thing about this is that 3 of the titles start with Z and should be sorted at the bottom but always display at the top ... if this helps |

| Posted: | | | | You could either 1) manually assign numbers by editing the personal information of the affected profiles or 2) reassign collection numbers (from the file menu: Collection -> Reassign Collection Numbers...) |

| Posted: | | | | so if i edit and assign the next number ... will it be smart enough to know that number is in use when it trys to add a new disk? Just don't want to get into problems. Or do i add a bigger number? |

| Posted: | | | | If you assign a number it will be smart enough to know to use the next available open number.
If you try to manually assign a number that has already been used, the program will throw up a warning although you can still use that number if you choose to do so. |
