| Posted: | | | | When you add a dvd or personalise it you can set price, collection number etc. You can also set a 'count as' setting. Count as 1, 5 or w/e. I always count each dvd as 1. Wether its a movie, a season or an entire boxset. Now I haven't checked or updated my profile for years. Now I need to add a few dozen new movies/series but it also updated tons of other profiles. Added childs for seasonboxes or even added lots of discs seperately. That is all fine, except it automaticly added that each of those counts as 1. But I don't want that. Now I suddenly got a huge number that means nothing to me. TLDR: Is there an easy way how I can SEE if a dvd is set to 0 or 1? Is there an easy way to change it? | | | http://www.invelos.com/dvdcollection.aspx/The%20Chosen%20One |

Then, using that profile as the source, you can propagate that field to any number of flagged profiles, using the DVD > Copy and DVD > Paste, or Collection Flagged > Paste menus on the main form. | | | Thanks for your support. | Posted: | | | | Still not something that can be done for all dvd's but I guess thats something. ps. just also saw that all the added profiles got assigned collection number 50 for some reason. Seems you can't copy that? Guess I'll have to go through the entire collection anyway to check which have gotten 'new profiles'. | | | http://www.invelos.com/dvdcollection.aspx/The%20Chosen%20One |

| Posted: | | | | ProfilerQuery might be helpful. It can show you which profiles that have Count set to 0 or 1. It can also select all child profiles (if those are the ones you want to set to 0) and help you flag those profiles in DVD Profiler. You can then use the copy/paste method mentioned by mediadogg to set them to 0. | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users. Gunnar |

Guess I'll have to go through the entire collection anyway to check which have gotten 'new profiles'. Did you not understand my instructions on Copy / Paste? (1) DVD > Copy any Profile with CountAs set to 0 (2) Flag all DVDs you want to change (2) Collection > Flagged > Paste (3) On selection screen, check "Count As" checkbox (4) Check the confirmation checkbox at the top (5) Click "OK" All done. The plugin BulkEdit is another tool available that allows you to real time edit Count As, Collection Number and other fields in a speadsheet format. BulkEdit also adds several new menu items such as Collection > Flagged > Clear Collection#, Collection > Flagged > Flag Child Profiles and several others. Lots of choices! | | | Thanks for your support. Free Plugins available here. Advanced plugins available here. Hey, new product!!! BDPFrog. | | | Last edited: by mediadogg |

Is there an easy way to change it? Set the Collection List to List View (can be done by right-clicking on the list and selecting “View As List” or using the shortcut CTRL+F1). Then right-click on the list again and select “View Columns” and then choose “Count As” from the pop-up list; thus will add a column with the chosen Count As value. Changing the value still requires you to open the Personalize window or use mediadogg’s suggestion for a bulk solution. | | | Achim [諾亞信; Ya-Shin//Nuo], a German in Taiwan. Lots of choices! I understood em just fine but as I said above, that wasn't the only issue/thing that got changed and as far as I can see thats not something you can copy/paste an mass. So I'll check the other thingy out or reserve a weekend of "fun" Lets hope for door #1. Quoting nuoyaxin: Quote: Quoting The Chosen One:

Guess I technically knew that stuff could be changed but its been on "covermode" for so long thats just stuck in the brain. | | | http://www.invelos.com/dvdcollection.aspx/The%20Chosen%20One | | | Last edited: by The Chosen One |
